Submit your $25 Custom Order Service Fee → Complete your design request → We review availability & create your custom quote → Approve your quote → We get PATCH'D!
$25 Custom Order Service Fee
A $25 Custom Order Service Fee is required to begin the custom order process. The fee covers the time involved in reviewing your request, confirming product and design availablity, sourcing any specialty items when needed, and preparing your customized order quote.If we proceed with your custom order, the full $25 will be applied toward your final order balance. However, if you decide not to proceed after the quote has been prepared, the $25 service fee is non-refundable.
Please note: Payment of the service fee does not guarentee acceptance of an order. If The Cap Bar is unable to fulfill your request, the $25 service fee will be refund.
